Managing Director
As the heart and soul of True Grit Entertainment, Jordon Prince-Wright is a visionary filmmaker whose passion and relentless drive have shaped the company’s bold and ambitious approach to storytelling. Beginning his journey in film as a high school student, Jordon quickly gained industry recognition, being named Young Australian Filmmaker of the Year in 2014 and accumulating numerous accolades for his work as a director, writer, and producer. His exceptional talent and dedication laid the foundation for WA’s largest independent film company, Prince-Wright Productions, and now fuel the mission of True Grit Entertainment. With an unwavering commitment to crafting powerful cinematic experiences and fostering emerging talent, Jordon is a rising force in Australian filmmaking, earning the admiration of industry veterans and audiences alike

Brad Hammond
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operations Officer at True Grit Entertainment, Brad Hammond brings a wealth of experience in strategic project management and high-stakes execution—skills that seamlessly translate from the corporate world to the fast-paced demands of filmmaking. With 25 years of expertise leading major projects in the technology and resources sectors, Brad’s disciplined approach, problem-solving mindset, and visionary leadership are key to keeping productions on track, on budget, and running with precision. He applies his structured yet adaptable leadership and management methodology to the dynamic world of entertainment, ensuring that True Grit operates with the same efficiency and innovation as the high-profile projects he has led. A master of orchestrating complex operations, Brad is the backbone of the company’s ambitious productions, bringing order to creativity and transforming bold cinematic visions into reality.

Mandy Chen
Director
As a Director at True Grit Entertainment, Mandy Chen brings a wealth of experience in storytelling, production, and strategic leadership. With a deep passion for film and a keen eye for innovation, she plays a vital role in shaping the company’s creative direction and ensuring each project aligns with True Grit’s commitment to bold, high-quality storytelling. Mandy’s expertise spans development, production, and business strategy, making her an integral part of the team’s mission to champion independent filmmaking while fostering local talent and expanding the company’s global reach. Her dedication to pushing creative boundaries and supporting emerging voices continues to drive True Grit Entertainment forward.

Ian Hale
Head of Post Production
With over 30 years in the Australian film industry, Ian Hale has worked across film distribution, sales, marketing, publicity, exhibition, post-production, and executive producing. He spent 20 years at major studios, including Paramount Pictures, Universal, and DreamWorks, before founding The Backlot Perth, a private cinema and post-production hub, in 2013. As Managing Director of HALO Films, he champions WA films, expanding cinema partnerships nationwide. Ian has executive-produced several feature films, chaired the Revelation Perth International Film Festival since 2013, and received multiple industry honors, including the WA Cinema Pioneer of the Year Award. Currently, he serves as Australian/New Zealand Sales Manager for Netflix's theatrical releases through Films at 42.

John Bailey
Head of Equipment
John Baily is a Perth-based Gaffer with extensive experience across a wide range of film sets, from independent productions to large-scale feature films like Before Dawn. A graduate of the WA Film and Television Institute, he has developed a deep technical expertise in lighting, equipment management, and on-set problem-solving.
In addition to his lighting work, John has played a key role in building many sets, giving him a comprehensive understanding of production logistics and equipment needs. His hands-on experience with various film technologies, combined with his adaptability across different production environments, makes him an invaluable asset.
Beyond his work as a gaffer, John has a strong passion for photography and special effects, further expanding his technical skill set. As Head of Equipment at True Grit Entertainment, he ensures productions have the best tools, technology, and support needed to achieve their creative vision. His knowledge, leadership, and commitment to innovation make him a perfect fit for the role.

Jeff Prince-Wright
Head of Sponsorship
A driving force behind True Grit Entertainment, Jeff Prince-Wright has been an unwavering pillar of support throughout Jordon’s filmmaking journey. Known for his relentless determination and hands-on approach, Jeff played a crucial role in the creation of the Before Dawn set, embodying the same unstoppable spirit that Jordon has inherited. With a "you can't say no" attitude and a passion for bringing bold cinematic visions to life, Jeff continues channeling his energy into his role as Head of Sponsorship, where he continues to champion the company’s growth and success. His dedication, resilience, and belief in the power of storytelling make him an integral part of the True Grit team.

Tim Duffy
Head of Production
Gothan point films founder Tim Duffy began his career as a lighting and cameraman in his native Australia. Employing his love for action sports, he began producing action sports films and Tim initially moved to his home in New York as a special projects producer for vogue magazine and condè nast.
His feature film "drift" starring Sam Worthington was released globally by lionsgate and Netflix being nominated for multiple AACTA awards.
Time U.S Feature documentary "let's talk about sex" saw high national cable release. Tim has won or been nominated for many international awards including Tribecca X, a Cannes Lion Award and best in the show tv awards.
